Entering Email Addresses into the System

To get the initial registration email addresses into the system, your options include:

• Manually entering e-mail addresses directly into the payroll system under the "Miscellaneous" tab.
• HowardSimon can load e-mail addresses with a specific email format, for example:

                      [First Initial][Last name]@hsimon.com

• Provide an import file and HowardSimon will import them into our system. The file should have either the employee's social security number, or their payroll ID
