We designed your HRIS portal with the ability to brand it with your logo and a variety of themes and colors. In just a few steps, you can configure your portal to match your own company style, look, and feel.
Step-By-Step Instructions
To change the Theme of your portal, click on Edit Theme from the Home page of your portal.
This will open a dialogue box for you to select different Themes and Icon Sets to apply to your portal.
For more comprehensive customization options including adding your company logo, launch the HRIS Administration module.
Then, select Application Settings under the Company Details tab of the left-side menu.
To add your company logo, click Select Logo. From here, you can click Select File to upload a logo, click Use Image to select an already-uploaded image, or click Delete Image to remove an old logo from the system.
To remove logos completely, you can click Remove Logo.
Lastly, you can select Edit App Settings to configure:
- Application Theme: Change the colors/theme of your portal by selecting from the list of site themes.
- Module Icon Set: Change the colors/font on the module buttons.
- Password Complexity: Set the password complexity that will be required of all users.
- Password Change Days: Set the number of days between required password changes.
- Password Reuse Months: Set the number of months that must pass before a user can reuse a previous password.
- Two Factor Authentication (recommended): If checked requires two-factor authentication by each user.
- Default From/Two Email: Default sender and recipient for all correspondence sent from the system. Both must be set or else the notification system will not work.
Top Tip: Some email servers will block emails sent from their company's domain (i.e. @mycompany.com) if the system detects that the email is not actually coming from your internal system. If you are not receiving system-generated emails, you can change these email addresses to our Support email or contact our team to troubleshoot.
