You will receive an e-mail which contains your Company Code and PIN. Use the link provided in the e-mail to complete the registration process. When registering, your information must be exactly the same as it appears on your paycheck; failure to do so will result in an error. For example, if your first name appears in payroll as “Michael” you cannot enter “Mike” in the registration screen.
Users will need to enter EITHER a phone number OR 2 valid email addresses. Two email addresses are required, because email hacking is becoming more and more common. If your email address is compromised, and you do not have an alternative validation method, the actor could gain access to your account.
The system will send change confirmation of sensitive data elements (those listed). Users are required to select EITHER a Text OR email address.
Security questions are a standard security protocol to validate users when an additional level of security is required. You will be asked to choose four security questions from a drop-down list and create your own answers. Security questions will be used to identify users in the case of lost passwords or other security sensitive activities.
New Device Authorization With 2FA:
When 2FA is enabled, you will need to authorize your device through two factor authentication when signing into a new computer, tablet, or cell phone. To authorize your new device a confirmation code will be sent to you. You will be able to choose if you would like to receive the confirmation code via one of your configured contact methods. Once you have received your confirmation code simply, enter it into the prompt to access your account. You can ensure that your device is remembered by making sure that the “Recognize this device in the future” check box is marked.
Click on the “My Paycheck” module and you will automatically be directed to your paycheck history. Click on the check date to view the paycheck voucher. To print a voucher, click on the printer icon. Paychecks can be sorted by clicking on the column titles (Check Date, Gross, Net, Check/Voucher #) and filtered using the drop down arrows.
Click on “My Paycheck” module. On the left side navigation menu, click on “Deductions.” All deductions will be listed with a description, amount, start date and end date.
Viewing Pay Rate History
Click on the “My Paycheck” module. On the left side navigation menu, click on “Payrate History” to view a list of all your pay rates with beginning and end dates
Viewing Personal Information
To view your personal information on file, click on the “Employee Self-Service” module. You will automatically be directed to your personal information page. Use the left side navigation to view contact information, dependents, emergency contacts and employment information (hire date, title, department, etc.).
Recovering Your Password
To recover your password, visit the login page and click on “Recover Password.” The system will ask you to enter you user name. Upon entering your user name you the system will ask you to ask you to complete two of three fields. Upon completion you will be able to reset your password.
Changing Your User Password
To change your password, click on your user name at the top right corner of the homepage (“Hello, user!”). The system will direct you through changing your password.
Recovering Your Username
To recover your username, visit the login page and click on “Recover Username.” The system will ask you to enter your email address, birth date, and last four digits of your social security number. Upon completion you will be sent an email containing your username.
