Opening an Attachment in an Encrypted PDF

Having trouble accessing the attachment from an encrypted email?  You can see the email message but not the attachment?

• If you can see the email message, but not the attachment, you are probably viewing the opening the PDF in your browser (IE: Chrome, or Edge).  A browser’s PDF Viewer will not display the attachments.
• Be sure you are using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to open the Encrypted PDF. Enter your Secure PDF passphrase when prompted. 
• You will see a menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

Click on the Paper Clip and the attachments will be visible
