Creating a one-time deduction is a simple and useful task. To create a one-time deduction, Pull up the Employees Profile in the Employee Management Module and select the deductions tab.
To make a one-time deduction, click on the gear next to the deduction and select "Create One-Time"
Doing so will bring up the following prompt:
Simply filling out this form and pressing the create button will create your One-Time deduction! You will know that this has been completed when a deduction is added with the frequency of "ONE".
