PPP Forgiveness Estimator
The SBA has released new PPP Loan Forgiveness guidance effective May 15, 2020! The guidance comes in the form of the Loan Forgiveness Application. The instructions provide answers to many of the open items and change several components of the calculation
Our PPP Forgiveness Estimator helps you get a better idea of what portion of your PPP Loan is likely to be forgiven. Please note that guidance is evolving and this estimator will change as new guidance is released. The current version of the estimator incorporates the most recent guidance and uses the generally accepted assumptions about the areas of the code that guidance has not yet been released on

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Sexual harassment is the most common type of workplace harassment. Recent statistics show that more than half of all workers (54%) have experienced some form of sexual harassment in the workplace. States and localities have responded to this by mandating employees to take sexual harassment training courses including Illinois and California:
- In August, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker signed Senate Bill 75. The law requires employers in Illinois to provide sexual harassment training to all employees.
- Beginning in January 2020, all businesses in Illinois must provide their employees with annual workplace sexual harassment prevention training.
- Beginning January 1, 2021 in California, an employer having five or more employees will need to provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all nonsupervisory employees in California within six months of their assumption of a position. This training must be provided once every two years

Redesigned Two-Factor Authentication Screens
Our two-factor authentication screens have been updated to work on mobile devices as well as tablets. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) protects you by adding a second layer of defense.
While passwords alone grant access by asking for “something you know,” 2FA requires both this and “something you have” in order to grant access. This means that even if someone has acquired your password unless they’re you and have your phone in their hand, a bad actor cannot gain access to your accounts.

When 2FA is enabled, you will need to authorize your device through two-factor authentication when signing into a new computer, tablet, or cell phone.
To authorize your new device a confirmation code will be sent to you. You will be able to choose if you would like to receive the confirmation code via one of your configured contact methods.
Once you have received your confirmation code simply, enter it into the prompt to access your account. You can ensure that your device is remembered by making sure that the “Recognize this device in the future” checkbox is marked.”
