As you begin creating more workflows, you may find the need to stop or delete some campaigns to keep your Workflow Campaigns dashboard tidy.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
To begin, launch the Workflows module in your HRIS Portal.
If you have selected a Due Date for your Workflow, then the campaign will automatically end after that date. After this, it will appear on your dashboard with a Stopped status.
If you have not entered a Due Date and would like to stop your campaign, then select the gear icon on the campaign card you would like to stop from your Workflow Campaigns dashboard and select to Edit it.
You will be prompted to go through the editing steps above again. If no changes are needed, simply progress through the steps until you get to the Start/Stop Workflow Campaign screen.
Here, select to Stop the campaign, then click Next. After this, your campaign card status will show as Stopped from your Workflow Campaigns dashboard. You will still be able to view who completed the campaign.
Top Tip: Users must have access to the My Tasks module in order to receive workflow task notifications in their Employee Self-Service platform. You can make changes to user role access following the instructions here.
Deleting Campaigns
If you would like to delete a campaign and all of its history completely, simply select the gear icon on the campaign card you would like to delete from your Workflow Campaigns dashboard and select to Delete it.
Click to Confirm that you would like to delete the campaign and you will get a confirmation of the successful deletion. Please note that deleting campaigns is final and will delete both the campaign and all history of who has/has not completed it.
