Workflows are a powerful task management tool built right into your HRIS Portal. After you've created a few workflows, it's important to know how to review these to check the status.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
Start by launching the Workflows module from your Home Screen.
From your Workflows Campaigns dashboard, you will be able to view a snapshot of all of your campaigns (In Progress, Not Started, and Stopped) with the percent completed, the number of in process, and the number completed.
To view the employee-by-employee break-down, click on the workflow you would like to view the details for.
Here you will be able to click on the drop-down menus to see all employees who are still In Process and all employees who have Completed the workflow.
Completed employees will have a Date Assigned and a Date Completed.
In Process employees will have a Date Assigned and progress update. You will be able to see how many steps they have completed as well as what percentage of the way done they are with the assigned tasks.
You also have the option to remove an employee from the workflow by selecting the Trash icon to the right of the employee's name.
