If you set up a workflow to begin at a Later date, you will still be able to view it from your Workflow Campaigns dashboard, and will always have the option to activate it when you are ready.
To start, launch the Workflows module in your HRIS Portal.
From your Workflow Campaigns dashboard, click the gear icon in the top left corner of the workflow card you would like to activate and select to Edit it.
This will reopen the Edit Workflow dialogue box. Go through the steps you went through initially to set up your campaign to ensure all information is still correct. Then, when it is time to select when you would like the workflow to deploy, select Now.
This will deploy your workflow to all employees selected with your filter.
