As an Administrator, you have the ability to update your company's Security Settings, including password complexity, password change frequency, and password reuse policies.

Step-By-Step Instructions

To begin, launch the HRIS Administration module from your dashboard.

Then, select Company Details > Application Settings from the left-side menu and click Edit App Settings.

From here, you can use the drop-down menus to configure your Password Complexity, Password Change Days, and Password Reuse Months.

Password Complexity Level

Simple

The password must be at least 4 characters and contain one uppercase and one lowercase letter.

Medium

The password must be at least 6 characters and contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

Complex (Recommended)

The password must be at least 8 characters and contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol @#$%^.

Password Change Days

Indicates how often a user needs to change their password. The default setting is 90 days.

Password Reuse Months

Indicates within how many months must pass before a user can reuse a password they have already used. The recommended setting is 36.
