As part of your Employee Onboarding process, you will need to complete a Federal Form I-9 to verify your U.S. employment eligibility.
Step-By-Step Instructions
To begin, select the Form I-9 step in your Onboarding menu.
This will open a digital Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9.
If you go by any other names, include them here in the Other Names Used section. Then, select your status using the checkbox list.
Once you have made your selection, enter your name in the Electronic Signature field as well as the Date.
For additional information and instructions, you can refer to the linked USCIS website here.
Then, click Next to submit your Form I-9.
This will bring you to a list of verification documents. You will need to present your employer with either:
- A selection from List A, or
- A combination of one List B document and one List C document.
Then, click Complete.
I-9 Form Changes
If you need to make any changes to your submitted Form I-9, click the link to reset the form at the top of the verification documents screen.
This will reset your Form I-9 and allow you to resubmit it.
