Introducing Your Redesigned Portal

You asked... We listened! After carefully reviewing your system feedback, our development team is thrilled to announce that the first phase of our redesigned HRIS Portal is finally live. And with it, an all-new menu design and navigation.

With our newly redesigned Portal, users can expect all the same features of the powerful HRIS platform you know and love with the following enhancements:

• New user-friendly look and feel
• Improved responsiveness across all devices
• Intuitive alphabetized menu layout 
• Improved speeds
• Easier access to the Help Center
• Enhanced notification system

This redesigned portal is the first phase of an enhanced user experience roll-out with more improvements to follow.

Top Tip: Compare the classic and redesigned portal styles using the Toggle Site Style button on your home page!

COVID-19 Vaccination Tracking Module

Under the latest Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) released by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), companies with 100+ employees will be required to ensure either that their workers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or that they test negative for the coronavirus at least once a week.

To help you meet these compliance obligations, we are excited to announce our new COVID-19 Vaccination Tracking Module. This module will allow you to:

• Track vaccination statuses in our secure and HIPAA-compliant system
• Easily export to CSV or PDF for reporting
• Have employees upload their vaccine status or COVID test results directly into the system from their Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal
• Automate reminders for employees to submit their vaccine status or weekly test results
• Simplify tracking of vaccination and testing statuses from within your HRIS portal

New Payroll Validations

Have you ever accidentally processed an incorrect check date or pay period? Or forgotten to check your net payroll amount or estimated taxes? If so, you're not alone! 

While the Verify & Submit screen has served us well by providing detailed batch information to validate your payroll entry, we have now split this into two sections to even further reduce errors when processing payroll.

The Verify screen still contains all the validation checks and comparison tools you know and love. With this update, we've also added a separate Submit screen with a final review of your most pertinent payroll information for an even higher level of accuracy than ever before.

Don't forget to check off each item to confirm before approving and submitting. Happy payroll processing!

Workflow Email Reminders

Do you find yourself regularly having to remind employees to complete their assigned tasks in your portal? To streamline this process, we've added the ability to create custom email reminders when you create tasks using the Workflow module. 

Once you have created your workflow simply select the Add Reminder button in the Email Reminder Pop-Up:

HRIS Administration Is Now Company Setup

Looking for the HRIS Administration module? With this release, we've updated this module's name to Company Setup to make navigation even more intuitive!
