Coming Soon: Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training

Sexual harassment is the most common type of workplace harassment. Recent statistics show that more than half of all workers (54%) have experienced some form of sexual harassment in the workplace. States and localities have responded to this by mandating employees to take sexual harassment training courses including Illinois and California:
- In August, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker signed Senate Bill 75. The law requires employers in Illinois to provide sexual harassment training to all employees.
- Beginning in January 2020, all businesses in Illinois must provide their employees with annual workplace sexual harassment prevention training.
- Beginning January 1, 2021 in California, an employer having five or more employees will need to provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all nonsupervisory employees in California within six months of their assumption of a position. This training must be provided once every two years
Our new learning management system offers sexual harassment training for organizations looking to train their employees and managers/supervisors on sexual harassment, laws, and proper behavior all within the HRIS system you are currently using. Our training is valid for all 50 states greatly simplifies the training process especially for employers whose workforce span multiple states. Ask us how to upgrade your system to include sexual harassment and abusive conduct training today!
