Introducing Updated General Ledger

The general ledger is a master accounting document providing a complete record of all the financial transactions of your business. It is a history of a company's financial transactions. Each transaction is identified by an account number.
The general ledger is crucial for ongoing business performance analysis because it provides a comprehensive record of all business financial activities. It’s important to maintain this data accuracy.
Traditionally, accountants would have to painstakingly record financial transactions in the ledger by hand. Those days are long gone with our new General Ledger Module!
With the General Ledger (GL) module, you can set up and maintain accounts for tracking your company's financial transactions for each payroll. Our GL allows you to:
- Have the payroll portion of your general ledger at your fingertips.
- Create infinite GL mapping across multiple sectors within one business entity.
- Generate perfectly mapped GL reports for direct import into your accounting software.
- Simplify Labor Allocations.
- Maintain accuracy with a preview of your GL maps to ensure the correct setup.
Time Import Mapping
Importing hours into your payroll has never been easier with our new Time Import Mapping feature! With Time Import mapping, you will now be able to map the time import functionality to read any time spreadsheet.
Once the mapping has been completed you will be able to seamlessly import your time spreadsheet while processing your payroll. Best of all, the mapping functionality remembers your spreadsheet mapping allowing you to import your timesheet seamlessly every time!

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Sexual harassment is the most common type of workplace harassment. Recent statistics show that more than half of all workers (54%) have experienced some form of sexual harassment in the workplace.
States and localities have responded to this by mandating employees to take sexual harassment training courses including Illinois and California:

In August, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker signed Senate Bill 75. The law requires employers in Illinois to provide sexual harassment training to all employees. Beginning in January 2020, all businesses in Illinois must provide their employees with annual workplace sexual harassment prevention training.
Beginning January 1, 2021, in California, an employer with five or more employees will need to provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all nonsupervisory employees in California within six months of their assumption of a position. This training must be provided once every two years.

Payroll Notes
Stay more organized with Payroll Notes! Payroll notes allow you to add a note to any employee in your system! This note will then be displayed during your payroll processing! Employee notes can be added by adding a note to your employees’ profile in the Employee Management section. Be sure to try Payroll notes today!

Updated Report Writer
Although we strive to have as many reports as needed for you to run your business, there may be a time where you find that you need a report that is slightly different from--or not included in--your standard reports.
For this reason, we have added the report writer option to the reporting module. Our interactive report writer system already allows you to seamlessly build and design custom reports a matter of minutes. To get into even more depth with your reporting we have updated the report writer to include new fields and enhancements!

Updated Report ACA Coverage
When it comes to ACA compliance, specifically ACA reporting, we believe it is all about convenience and reliability. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires companies with more than 50 full-time equivalent employees to either provide health insurance to their employees or pay a penalty for not offering affordable coverage.
Our updated ACA reporting system can help you manage your ACA compliance with on-screen alerts and indicators identifying any issues that need to be addressed.

Updated Data Load
Are you looking for a fast and secure way to distribute files to your employees? Then we have just what you are looking for! Our Data Load module has been updated to now include the ability to use windows file share to help distribute import files to your employees!
