Announcing version 21.6 of your HRIS portal. Please review the release notes below for the latest updates and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Data Load Enhancements

Up until this point, our Data Load Module has served as a file exchange server to upload employee files and import employee information from other business vendors (for example, benefits providers) not currently integrated with your HRIS portal.

With this update, the module's functionality has been updated to now include importing:

• Employee Information
• Rates
• Taxes
• Fringe Earnings
• Direct Deposits
• Insurance

This is perfect timing with Open Enrollment and 2022 minimum wage increases right around the corner!

We are excited to announce that we have been hard at work redesigning your HRIS portal! We've been listening to your feedback and cannot wait to reveal the new look in our next 21.7 update.

The redesigned portal will include all the powerful features of the current portal you’ve come to love over the years while enhancing the overall user experience to make your portal better than ever before. Stay tuned for more details!

Custom Fields Added To Onboarding

Our Onboarding module takes the stress of paperwork out of the onboarding process by automating tasks and collecting new hire information online. The result? A better experience for your new hires, and less work for your Admin team!

Previously, the Onboarding module only allowed users to update default system fields. This meant that employers using Custom Fields to track information like Drivers' License numbers, Certification levels, or other company-specific information were unable to update this information in Onboarding.

With our last release, you now have the ability to include Custom Fields in your Onboarding process.

Custom Fields Added To Report Writer

Although we strive to have as many reports available as needed for you to run your business, there may be a time where you find that you need a report that is slightly different from your Standard Reports.

With our Report Writer, you can seamlessly build and design custom reports in a matter of minutes. Now, you also have the ability to add Custom Fields to Report Writer reports.
