When hiring a new employee in your HRIS Portal, you will have the option to Send Registration Email to the user with their login information and steps to activate their account. However, if you forget to select this option or need to reissue an employee's registration information, you can always do so later from the HRIS Administration module.
Step-By-Step Instructions
To begin, launch the HRIS Administration module from your Admin Portal.
Then, select Unregistered Users from the Users and Roles left-side menu. This will bring up a list of all users who have not yet activated their accounts.
Top Tip: If a user has already registered, you will not be able to resend them their registration information. Instead, you can reset their login information if the user is unable to access their account.
If an email is on file for the user, you will see an option to Email PIN. Additionally, all users will have the option to Print PIN.
To print or email registration letters for multiple employees, use the drop-down arrows next to any header to sort/filter for the desired group of employees. Then, select either the Email All User PINs In Grid or Print All User PINs In Grid.
