Payroll Announcements

Never forget a holiday or miss a deadline again! In this latest update, we’ve added payroll announcements to the payroll processing screen.

These announcements allow our team to communicate important holidays, deadlines, and other key information that pertains to your payroll during the payroll process.

Current Check Date on Process Payroll Module

Keeping track of your payroll schedule has never been easier! We’ve now added your Next Check Date to the Process Payroll module so you can easily view your next pay date from your home screen without clicking into the module itself.

In Case You Missed It

New Custom Fields

In our last update, we added the ability to create custom fields in the Employee Management section of your portal. These fields are completely customizable to fit your company’s needs.

If you haven’t already tried them out, custom fields can be set up in your HRIS Administration module > Payroll and Setup > Department and Custom Field Configuration > Custom Fields. Learn more

W-2 Electronic Copies

Chances are, by now you have already provided your employees paper copies of their W-2s. But if you haven’t already released employee electronic copies to their ESS portals, now is the perfect time to do so!

PPP Forgiveness Estimator

Our team is continuing to monitor PPP guidance and update our forgiveness module as new information is released. Whether you’re applying for a Round 2 loan or are preparing to submit your forgiveness application for a Round 1 loan, our PPP Forgiveness Estimator module has a wealth of information to guide you through the loan forgiveness process.

The current version of the estimator incorporates the most recent guidance and uses the generally accepted assumptions about the areas of the code that guidance has not yet been released on. For more information on the PPP Forgiveness Estimator, check out:

Date-Based Workflows

Our last release also added the ability to create date-based workflows to streamline communications with employees and automate routine tasks.

With the Workflows module, you can easily prioritize incoming projects, assign tasks, and get real-time updates on progress all from within your HRIS portal. In a matter of minutes, you can build and design custom workflows to increase your company’s overall production. 

This latest update includes several enhancements, including the ability to:

• Create recurring workflows based on dates (anniversaries, license expirations, etc.)
• Receive documents
• Integrate with the Onboarding module to assign onboarding tasks
• Have employees review notifications and file attachments
• Configure multi-level approvals
• Build workflows to centralize, review, and approve projects
